Tickets for the 5th Annual Vancouver Island Short Film Festival are now on sale. The festival will include a screening of the 13 selected films and an awards ceremony for best films in several categories with prizes for winning filmmakers.
The 2010 festival will take place on two nights. Opening night will be Friday, February 12 and the second showing will be Saturday, February 13h. Both nights will commence at 7 p.m. at the Vancouver Island University theatre. Awards and an after party will be presented following the screening on the 13th.
Tickets are $15 and are on sale now at The Nanaimo Arts Council (Nanaimo North Town Centre), Falconer Books (Port Place Mall), The House of Indigo (Commercial Street, Nanaimo) and The Nanaimo Art Gallery (VIU Nanaimo Campus).
