The 22nd Annual Vancouver Island Film Short Festival (VISFF) invites applications from volunteers to serve on the Selection & Judging Committee to assist in selecting an original short film program and the Goldie Award winners for the 2027 VISFF happening in the spring of 2027.

The VISFF is seeking a committee of 5 passionate individuals who are willing to work with like-minded Selection & Judging Committee members to build an original and dynamic short-film program that celebrates diverse voices and perspectives, and evaluate the selected films to determine the Goldie Award winners. The Selection & Judging Committee will work with the Festival Coordinator and Programmer to select films that include diverse perspectives and genres and are an impactful viewing experience for the audience.
