Friday, April 17th @1pm: CineVic Short Circuit at VISFF

The VISFF is excited to partner with the CineVic Short Circuit to present a special program of short films from Vancouver Island and Gulf Island filmmakers.

Tickets for this program are included in a festival pass or by donation at the door. The films featured in this program can been seen here.

Note: This is an in-person exclusive event. No livestream available.

Saturday, April 18th @7pm: VISFF Short Program 2 and Goldie Award Ceremony

The second half of our official, 18-film 2026 VISFF selection.

Every ticket purchase includes a digital link to the festival’s livestream recording, allowing you to re-watch the films, filmmaker Q&As, and the Goldie Award Ceremony for up to 48 hours after the event concludes. Please note that the CineVic Short Circuit program is an in-person exclusive and will not be available via livestream or recording. If you are unable to join us at the theater, the VISFF Online Pass offers a great alternative, granting remote access to all three main programs. This pass also ensures you can participate in the festival tradition by voting for your favorite films to win the People’s Choice Goldie Award!
