Short Circuit

The Short Circuit will be at VISFF on Friday, April 17th at 1pm at the Malaspina Theatre.

Doors will open an hour before show time at 6pm. Mambo’s Pizza will be available at intermission for $2 a slice.

 

 

Short Circuit Film Festival is a showcase of short films presented annually by CineVic Society of Independent Filmmakers in Victoria BC. For the 14th edition in 2026, Short Circuit is hitting the road to present a tour of local films in four locations across Vancouver Island. CineVic is excited and grateful to partner with Comox Valley International Film Festival in Courtenay (screening April 3rd), Monday Night Movies in Tofino (screening April 13th), and Vancouver Island Short Film Festival in Nanaimo (screening April 17th). The tour wraps up with a two-day hometown festival in Victoria (screenings May 1st+2nd).
